  • ½ head of cabbage, sliced
  • ¾ cup okra, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

To prepare:

  1. Heat a few drops of oil in a pan and sprinkle the mustard seeds.
  2. After the seeds have popped open, add the garlic and onion; cook until soft.
  3. Add the garam masala, turmeric powder, and cumin powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cabbage and green beans. Season with salt to taste. Cook for another 15 minutes.
